Drawing Submission Form

Checklist for Drawing Submission: 

1. All contact information fields below must be filled out. In the rare case that contact information is unavailable, you will need to fill in fake info as a placeholder in the boxes below. 

2. Please ensure your sketches include:

   • Area/Location Labels

   • Tile type(s)​

   • Clear measurements

   • Indicate sides edging is needed (include measurements if not covering the full side) 

   • Write on areas "Hard" or "Soft" dimensions: 

     • "Hard": dimensions must be +/- 2-3 inches of labeled measurements including edging​

     • "Soft": we will round to the nearest 18" tile or 6" tile, if possible
